Imagine my frustration when the car I had just purchased from Carvana was making noises the same day that I received it. Then, having to call several numbers and speak with half a dozen Carvana and SilverRock representatives before being referred to Firestone, only to be told that they don't service Jaguars. After having to speak with several more representatives I was referred to Starks Auto Service. Honestly, I was geared up to be even more disappointed before I called, but upon speaking with Tony he put me at ease. He understood my frustration, was straight-forward, courteous, and easy to talk to. Diagnostics had to be run, and the water pump needed to be replaced. He took care of everything for me so promptly, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Tony is the man, and I can't sing his praises enough. Starks auto truly saved us when I was 39 weeks pregnant and needed a new radiater. We had brought our two kids in who are absolutely wild, but it didnt matter to them, they were friendly to us and took the effort to put on the channel that would help our kids feel welcome and us parents more welcome as well, it made sense to go back for standard maintenance and to check our (new purchase) old car to see if everything looked good. We plan on making the hour drive for any maintenance from here on out. Welcoming, warm environment and the signs all over about God being in control really makes you feel better.quotes-image
